How soon can someone come out?
Same day is realistic when the request arrives early and the address is inside a route we are already running. If it is not, the next available slot is usually the following day. You will be given the actual window on the confirmation call rather than a promise made by a form.
Do I have to be home for the visit?
Someone over eighteen needs to be there to let the technician in, show them the appliance and approve the quote before work starts. It does not have to be the person who booked.
Can you tell me the price before you come out?
Not honestly, no. A price quoted for a fault nobody has looked at is a guess, and a guess either overcharges you or gets revised upward on the day. The diagnosis happens first, then the quote, then the work, in that order.
What if I need to change the date?
Call the number on the confirmation and we will move it. There is no charge for rescheduling.
Is the appliance still under warranty a problem?
It can be. Most manufacturers void the remaining warranty if anyone other than an authorised servicer opens the machine, so if it is still covered, call the brand first. Once the warranty has run out, or if the fault is not covered by it, book here.
